Machine Laying of Pavers

Brikmakers are able to supply the Interlock 80 and Dekopave 80 pavers in a herringbone pattern suitable for machine laying and installation. These engineering grade pavers are suitable for all types of industrial pavements. They have been successfully used in factory installations, container terminals and truck hardstands.

The advantage of mechanical installation of these products is the efficiency of laying the product. As the product is supplied in the configured herringbone pattern the installer is able to place the product a square metre at a time. This provides for a significant increase in the number of pavers installed in one day and ensures a consistency in the laying pattern. Utilising mechanical installation techniques placement of up to 200 square metres can be achieved compared to approximately 50 by conventional hand installation.
